  1. Sharing files can be a great way to help boost productivity. I will outline a simple way to share files on your PC.
    • Open the folder where the file is located, right-click that folder and choose Sharing and Security..
    • In the folder’s Properties dialog box click the Share This Folder on the Network
    • Type a name that other people on the network can easily identify
    • You will now edit how much access is given to users on the network, read-write, etc.
