D.R. 7-17-2008 (Cool Valley) A Good Experience STL MTech was one of the better experiences I had when it came to repairing my computer. I had a virus and I was under the impression that my computer was done. I started shopping for a new computer. When I called Best Buy’s geek squad .Not one tech would steer me in the right direction I tried to tell them what was going on with my computer. I kept getting how much they charge by the hour and they wouldn’t tell me even if my computer could even be repaired. A good friend of mines suggested STL MTech. When I contacted them, I brought to the techs attention what was going on with my computer. He stated that it could be three possible outcomes. And that it’s repairable while being able to save all of my music, documents and photo’s. Not only was my computer repaired when I picked it up; I was given a several more suggestions to keep it up and running. Such as what’s the better Virus program and more. I haven’t had any problem out of my computer since. If you’re tired of getting the run around from these other so called computer Service Companies, I think you should contact STL MTech.
